Basis: Published before 1931 - U.S. copyright term expired
Evidence: Published 1930: U.S. copyright term (95 years) expired at the end of 2025; 1930 films entered the U.S. public domain on Jan 1 2026 (Duke Law Center for the Study of the Public Domain, Public Domain Day 2026, https://web.law.duke.edu/cspd/publicdomainday/2026/).
