About A Christmas Accident
A Christmas Accident is a 1912 Edison silent drama based on a story by Annie Eliot Trumbull. Two families share a house: the hard-pressed Biltons with their many children, and the well-off Giltons, whose grumpy Mr. Gilton (William Wadsworth) is forever annoyed by the youngsters and even accuses them of poisoning his dog. On Christmas Eve he stumbles into the Biltons' celebration, and one little girl's gift changes his heart. It airs on Starlite TV's Silent Pictures channel (CH 12).
